1. Booking
conditions and reservation procedure:
A person who wants to
make a reservation must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit card.
You warrant that all
the information you provide to us is true and accurate.
A person who made the
reservation is responsible for the validity and accuracy of information and
credit card details. The Transfer provider company does not bear any
responsibility for wrong entries or false information.
A person who enters
details to place the reservation for the group, accepts the terms in the name
of the whole group, and is responsible for the whole group.
You must not use the
website for speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
Reservation is carried
out online, by filling all the necessary forms or through an authorized
agent/distributor only.
Reservation must be
made at least 72 hours before the start of transfer.
All Transfers are for
the transport of passengers from the “Going from” location to the drop-off city
of the journey.
Drop-off cities can be
selected from the “Going to” menu of our transfer reservation page. Exact
drop-off locations can be any ware within the city limit or any other place
listed under the location list.
All transfer prices
shown are per vehicle and it is not allowed to exceed the maximum passenger
limit of any vehicle category.
When the number of
passengers is exceeding the passenger limit of any vehicle category, the price
given is for two vehicles. Look carefully at the Pax / Vehicle and Number of
Vehicles on the search results.
Our responsibility is
limited to transport passengers only up to the agreed Drop-off location or to
the nearest possible location accessible by car.
We do not accept
changes to the drop-off point during the journey.
2. Children
and persons with special needs:
Children under 18
cannot use our service unless they are accompanied by an adult.
People who have
special needs such as disabled people with wheelchairs are obliged to verify
the availability of suitable facilities or services before making the
reservation.
3. Luggage:
Each passenger is
permitted to bring the standard suitcase or travel bag, and one piece of hand
luggage, the same size that is allowed in airline traffic, a total of two
pieces of luggage. Luggage must be properly marked with the name of a
passenger. Excess baggage is allowed only when there is enough room.
The Transfer provider
company is not responsible for the content of the luggage. The
COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER.COM, LJ INTERNATIONAL INC., the transfer provider
company or any of its contracted or sub-contracted drivers will not accept
responsibility for loss or damage to the luggage. Clients are responsible for
ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times, if accompanying
the luggage on the journey. The Transfer provider company and it’s contracted
or sub-contracted drivers have the right to refuse any client due to the client
having excess luggage which would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in
motion.
4. Payments:
After making an online
reservation, your booking is guaranteed but not completed until you pay the
total amount due for the reservation. Those who pay only a partial payment at
the time of booking has to pay the balance amount on arrival. If the customers
refuse or fail to pay the balance amount, the reservation will be cancelled and
no refund will made.
Payments are completed
when the Credit Card Company accepts customer’s credit card, and the transfer
of payments are successfully completed.
Your credit card will
be debited immediately after making your reservation. The charge will be in US
Dollar ($) currency and your bill will state: “LJ INTERNATIONAL /
COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER”.
No bargains will be
accepted at the journey starting point.
When the reservation
is made, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation. It is a customer’s
responsibility to provide the correct and valid email address at the time of
booking. We advise you to print the booking confirmation at the time of
booking, before leaving our web site.
We strongly recommend
you to provide correct contact phone number and email address at the time of
reservation.
It is the
responsibility of the customer to verify that the information on the
confirmation email is in accordance with the travel product that they have
purchased.
Customer is required
to show this booking confirmation/voucher to the driver/agent before boarding
the vehicle, along with a valid document that proves the customer’s identity
(identity card, passport, driving license).
5. Changes
and cancellations:
If you need to change
or cancel your trip or any portion of it, your request must be received in
writing. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the cancellation date.
(Which will be effective on the date of receipt by us.)
All change or
cancelations you make are subjected to the appropriate fees or charges listed
below.
If you do not cancel
your reservation, your failure to arrive (no-show) by the agreed arrival date
and/or time will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation without
any refund.
We will not make
refunds to credit cards, other than the credit card that was used for your
booking.
A passenger under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to
enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
Booking fee,
processing fee or any other form of fee or charge for using online reservation
facilities are non refundable.
Changes:
Changes requested
before 48 hours of the travel date or changes requested due to flight delays
are free of charge.
No changes will be
accepted less than 48 hours before the transfer unless there is a flight delay.
No extra charge will
be levied for the changes made on flight delays.
All changes are
subjected to availability.
Cancellations:
No charge for
cancellation made 48 hours before the transfer.
No cancellation or
refund requests will be accepted after 48 hours before the transfer.
6. Safety:
All our vehicles are
fully insured. . If any additional coverage is required, it is customer’s
responsibility to obtain travel insurance before starting the tour.
A passenger whose
behavior endangers the safety of driver, other passengers or other participants
in traffic will be removed from the vehicle, and reported to the local police
department.
A passenger under the
influence of alcohol, drugs or other controlled substances won’t be allowed to
enter a vehicle and will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
Smoking, consuming
food and beverages, alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Exceptions to this policy are water and soft drinks in bottles. Everything else
has to be approved by the driver or Transfer provider’s representative.
7. Responsibility:
COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER.COM
or LJ INTERNATIONAL IN. or its partners are not responsible for delays in any
services, arrival or departure caused by unforeseeable circumstances, such as
traffic crowds, extreme weather conditions, floods, storms, fires and so on
(force major), and is not required to indentify passengers.

or LJ INTERNATIONAL INC. or its partners cannot guarantee the exact travel time
of the transfer. All data regarding travel times are just an estimate. Clients
who continue to travel by other means of transport should leave enough time
between the end of the transfer and the departure time of another means of
transport.
In case that selected
type of facility or vehicle is not available for any reason,
COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER.COM or LJ INTERNATIONAL INC. or its partners can perform
the transfer using another appropriate facility or vehicle.
All information
collected about clients is for internal use only and does not make available to
any third party. Client’s names and personnel information supplied is used for
the purpose of rendering services or to collect payment for service rendered.
Communication information (telephone numbers and email addressed) are used for
sending confirmations, information, inquires and services only.

or LJ INTERNATIONAL INC. or its partners shall not be liable for any loss,
injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or
cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire,
breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities,
wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts,
epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities,
or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond
COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER.COM’s or LJ INTERNATIONAL INC’s or its partner’s
control. Neither COLOMBOAIRPORTTRANSFER.COM nor any of its affiliates or
subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional
expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of
any of the aforementioned causes.
